CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling 60 days prior to the Congress will involve a 20% penalty.
Cancelling between 60 days and 30 days prior to the Congress will involve a 50%
Cancellations due to visa refusal will receive a full refund. Presenting an official document proving the denial will be mandatory.

The name change can be managed by paying €25 + VAT for management fees.
